1. SHIPPING COSTS

You can choose from the following shipping options:

Shipping within Germany:

Standard shipping with DPD: 10.00 EUR

Shipping within the European Union:

Standard shipping with DPD: 25.00 EUR

All applicable costs such as fees and taxes are included in the final price.

Shipping outside the EU is currently not available.

In-store collection is currently not available.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

All shipments generally cannot be delivered to PO box addresses or parcel stations. The terms and conditions of DPD apply additionally and can be found at www.dpd.com.

3. DELIVERY

Domestic Shipping

Your order will generally be shipped by DPD Standard. Express shipments are handled by DPD.

The delivery time is stated in the product description and begins the day after receipt of the customer's order.

Shipping within the European Union

Your order will generally be shipped by DPD Standard.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within 1–5 weeks to the delivery address specified by the customer, depending on the chosen shipping method and delivery location. For payment by advance payment, delivery will only take place after the full purchase price has been credited to our account. Delivery for personalised items within 4–6 weeks.

We deliver to the following European Union countries:

Belgium, Estonia, Finland (except Åland Islands), France (except overseas territories and departments), Greece (except Mount Athos), Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (Rep., except northern part).
