Two exceptional wood artworks by Suzanne Faltenbacher. Deep cuts and lines allude to restless activity – a structured topography with overlapping layers of color emerges from a single piece of plywood.
The artwork refers to the lifecycle of a megacity during the brief phase of twilight: when, in the course of just one hour in the late afternoon, the sky changes color, the light is immersed in blue, and the utopia of an unending day arises.
